Sundance Film Festival is a highlight of the independent film calendar. We transformed Picturehouse Central for the event.

At every point, we wanted festival goers to feel connected to the festival. So we immersed them in a stimulating environment. 

Our vision of creating a rich design language saw this comprehensive project span story boarding, art direction and even uniform design. 

Delivery

Inheriting graphics from Sundance Utah, we evolved and created every single asset for Picturehouse and UK tour of the Sundance Film Festival.

Working without a set designer, we brought the Sundance brand identity to life with dynamic application of the graphics on floors, doors, walls and more. 

We converted an under-utilised gallery space into a welcoming bar area, to host a poetry reading from Be Manzini of her commissioned Sundance poem.
